A lot of the weight I had around my middle was from oral birth control. You can argue with me all you want that it doesn’t make you gain weight but I lost about 5lb when I stopped taking it and got the Mirena.

That combined with a clean diet and lots of ab work (ideas in the fitness section) helped me narrow down tremendously.

Pretty weird to look at, I felt like a really uncomfortable sausage before.
